February Weather Highlight: Rain?

(WHBC) – The snow and temperatures were pretty close to normal, but it was the rain that fell in February that was the real weathermaker.
The Akron Canton Airport measured 3.78 inches of rain and liquid-equivalent snow last month.
That’s an inch and a half above normal.
Snow was near normal at 9.4 inches and temperatures were slightly above normal at an average 32.5 degrees.
