(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties through the day Wednesday into Wednesday night.

The National Weather Service says showers and thunderstorms will redevelop on Wednesday.

Storms may produce rain heavy enough to cause flooding.

The rain will be falling on already saturated soils, especially those that saw very heavy rain amounts on Tuesday.

Remember, do not drive into areas where water covers the road.
