Killbuck Creek in Wayne and Holmes County is also under a Flood Warning.

Major Impact on Canal Fulton

More than 60 homeowners and business owners are being impacted by the ongoing flooding of the Tuscarawas River in Canal Fulton.

Folks who live on Milhaven Avenue NW have been getting around by canoe, with the water in the street at four feet deep.

They say they’ve seen flooding here, but not like this.

The river is at its 4th highest level since records started being kept in 1913.
