Foltz Family Sues Then-Frat President in Deadly BG Incident

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The family of a Bowling Green State University student who died in a hazing incident is now suing the then-president of the fraternity involved.
The family of Stone Foltz has filed a civil suit against Daylen Dunson, asking for $225 million.
The 20-year-old victim’s mother Shari says she promised her hospitalized son she would do everything to get the message out about hazing.
Foltz died of alcohol poisoning three years ago.
The family also remains active with anti-hazing legislation.
