Former Sandy Valley Teacher Arrested on Rape Charge

EAST SPARTA, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An East Sparta man who was also a teacher at the Sandy Valley Middle School is in the Stark County jail, charged with rape.
39-year-old Jason Neading was arrested by Stark County Sheriff’s deputies Friday night.
Jail records indicate the victim was under the age of 13.
The school system stresses that the victim was not a student.
Neading turned in his resignation a month ago.
