COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Ohio Rail Development Commission has OK’d a $235,000 grant to the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway for a project in northern Carroll County.

The company wants to rehabilitate a 100-year-old bridge along the Carrollton line in the small town of Oneida.

The work will be done this year.

The rail line services Griffeth and Sons in Carrollton and other companies.
