Richard Sterban’s remarkable career began as a bass with JD Sumner and the  Stamps Quartet — singing backup on stage with the King of Rock n Roll, Elvis Presley.   He took a chance and left the group to join the up-and-coming Oak Ridge Boys.   Some 50 years later, the Oaks are still packing them in during the holiday tour across the country.

Sterban took time out of his tour to speak with WHBC’s Gary Rivers.
