Girls on the Run @ Whipple Heights Elementary go to work for a special cause!

Wrapping up another season of Girls on the Run. I had the pleasure to coach a group of 18 girls and just when you think you can’t be amazed any more…you meet more wonderful young ladies.

This group decided for the community impact project that they would write and record PSA’s for their chosen charities. They did some research, looked at so many great organizations, but in the end they chose The Stark County Humane Society, Project Kare and Wishes Can Happen.

Below are the PSA’s they created…and we are so proud of them! This special group includes: Julie, Brynlee, Ambrielle, Jacy, Bridget, Alianah, Mallory, Claire, Rowan, Allison, Paige, Journey, Kristina, Mayla, London, Trinity, Katelyn and Riley.

And a big thank you to my fellow Coaches – Julie Flinn and Mackenzie Gilliland. There’s no one I would rather coach with….we’ve had so much fun!
