Heavy Rain Picks, Chooses Across Stark, Other Local Counties

CLEVELAND, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Scattered areas of heavy rain brought flooding to parts of the area Tuesday afternoon.
Over 3 inches of rain fell in the Alliance area according to National Weather Service radar estimates.
A trained weather observer just north of New Philadelphia reported water up to the bumpers of cars in a flash flood there.
