High Water Returns to Stark

NORTH CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Flooding is being reported in Stark County from Sunday’s rain.
A flood warning was in effect for much of the afternoon and evening.
Price Park in North Canton was flooded when the creek there overran its banks; same for the West Branch of the Nimishillen and the Zimber Ditch.
The National Weather Service estimates 1.5 to 3.5 inches of rain fell across the county.
