Horse and Buggy Operator Killed in Ashland County

ASHLAND, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 31-year-old man was killed in a horse and buggy accident in Ashland County Monday morning.
William Miller of Polk Ohio was dead at the scene on busy Route 42 in the eastern end of the county after he was struck from behind by a pickup truck.
The truck driver was not injured.
The state patrol is investigating.
