How Canton Man Died Following December Traffic Crash in Norton

NORTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A cause of death for the Canton man who ran off from a traffic accident in Norton back in December, only to be found dead 11 days later underneath a sewer grate.
The Summit Medical Examiner has ruled that 39-year-old Matthew Duplain died of hypothermia due to methamphetamine intoxication.
Duplain’s vehicle was located in a ditch at Routes 21 and 585.
A witness reportedly observed him walking away from the scene.
