Indiana Man Escapes Jail Time in Enticement Incident

JACKSON TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The out-of-state man accused of trying to lure a four-year-old child into his vehicle has pleaded no contest to child enticement charges and been sentenced.
41-year-old Adam Prather of Indiana offered the victim money to get into his vehicle.
He was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and five years probation.
The incident happened at the Sheetz gas station on Whipple Avenue NW in Jackson Township last month.
