Indians Trade Outfielder Eddie Rosario

The Cleveland Indians today traded outfielder Eddie Rosario and cash considerations to the Atlanta Braves in exchange for veteran infielder Pablo Sandoval.
Rosario has been on the Injured List since July 6 with a right oblique strain. For 2021 with Cleveland he batting .254 (72-for-283) with 15 2B, 7 HR and 46 RBI in 78 games.
Sandoval is 13-for-73 with Atlanta this year, mainly as a pinch-hitter, across 69 games.
