Jacob Stockdale Ruled Competent in Family Murder Case

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Bethlehem Township man charged with killing his mother and brother has been ruled competent to stand trial.
Judge Frank Forchione made the ruling in the Jacob Stockdale case on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old is charged with murder in the June 2017 shooting deaths of Kathryn and James Stockdale in the family’s Dolphin Street SW home.
There’s a court hearing on Monday.
