July 4th Traffic Fatalities Up from 2018

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – Unfortunately, the highway fatality numbers were up this July 4th weekend in Ohio.
The state patrol says 12 people were killed on the state’s roads, up from eight last year.
One of those fatal accidents happened in Stark County.
57-year-old Neal Keller of Marlboro Township was killed Wednesday at Route 619 and Marlboro Avenue NE.
The reporting period was last Wednesday through Sunday.
The patrol also made over 700 impaired driving arrests and more than 500 drug arrests over the reporting period.
