Kids Talking to Adults: Stark Program Targets the Very Youngest

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Used to be the kids were told to keep their mouths shut when the “grownups” were talking.

Now a new program encourages communication with adults, even before a child is born.

The Talk First Stark program from the Stark Education Partnership is geared toward children prenatal to age 3 using what’s called an intentional response strategy.
