Law Enforcement Concerns Over Hemp Legalization

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – The passage of the bill legalizing hemp in Ohio, also effectively legalizes marijuana.

That from the state AG’s office and the Fraternal Order of Police, who say the plants are basically look the same.

Even some of the current testing equipment which detects the presence of THC and not the quantity of it would not be able to separate the two.

They say the only way to tell a difference is with equipment that measures the THC content.
