Mail Carrier Shot Dead in Warren, Large Reward Offered for Info

WARREN, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A shocking crime out of the city of Warren brings along a huge bounty for the arrest of a suspect.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering $250,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever killed 33-year-old Postal Service employee Jonte Davis.

Davis was working inside his USPS van Saturday in a residential neighborhood of northeast Warren.

Police say he was shot dead by someone driving by.

Police believe Davis was “targeted”.
