Malvern-Area Man Indicted After Woman Badly Beaten

CARROLLTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 40-year-old man who lives just outside of Malvern has been indicted on felonious assault, strangulation and other charges.
He’s accused of delivering a serious beating to a woman in Malvern last month.
Joseph Lipinski has been arraigned in Carroll County Common Pleas Court on the charges.
The victim suffered head and neck injuries and a broken blood vessel in one of her eyes.
Investigators say Lipinski had a dispute with the woman.
