Man Arrested in Summit County After Breaking into Home he thought was his

GREEN (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Officers in Summit County arrested a man on Sunday morning after he broke into a townhouse early in the morning and then got into bed with the home owner.
22 year old Zachary Ciocca claims he was drunk and believed the home was his. When the home owner woke up to find Ciocca laying next to him, he demanded that he leave. After trying to hide in the closet, he eventually did.
Police arrested him just 10 minutes later. They say Ciocca didn’t leave the home empty handed though. He was said to have a stolen video game controller in his possession. Ciocca remains in Summit County Jail facing burglary, criminal damaging and theft charges.
