Massillon Woman Sued by Multiple Companies Over Facebook Page

MASSILLON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Facebook page created by a Massillon woman could end up costing her more than $350,000. Chelsea Tubbs created the page Liberty Health Members Uncensored.
The page currently has over 300 members. It also contains comments from customers that Tubbs’ former employer, Liberty Healthshare, is not happy about. The company, along with one of its vendors, Cost Sharing Solutions, are suing Tubbs for slander and defamation.
Both asked her to take the page down earlier this year. When she didn’t the companies filed seperate lawsuits aimed at shutting it down. Tubbs has yet to respond to either lawsuit. She does not have lawyer.
