Minerva Man Facing Animal Cruelty Charges

MINERVA, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 50-year-old Minerva man faces felony animal cruelty charges after police found two dead cats and a dead dog inside his West Lincolnway home last week.
Kevin Bishop was arraigned on the charges on Friday.
Court records indicate that another six living animals in the house were in “very bad condition”.
That could mean more charges.
