Minor Smith Steps Down from Canton Council

(WHBC) – A surprise at Canton City Council Monday night.

At-large council member Corey Minor Smith announced she was resigning from council, citing her full-time workload with the Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority.

Minor Smith was the political story of 2017, dominating in the primary election that included five opponents.
