SAN DIEGO, California (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – With higher interest rates, home sales have taken a hit across the country and in the Hall of Fame Region.
That’s according to stats provided by a San Diego-based provider of construction insurance and Redfin’s Data Center.
Construction Coverage says October home sales in the metro area that includes Stark and Carroll Counties totaled 435, down 18-percent from last October.
But some metros were upwards of a 50-percent drop, like Salt Lake City and several warmer-weather locations.
The analysis is based on MLS data and public records
