June 21, 2019 11:57AM EDT

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – Flood warnings for western Stark County were allowed to expire at 1:30 on Friday afternoon.
The National Weather Service says the river continues to recede from Clinton to Navarre.
The county EMA says it takes 2 to 3 days without rain for the river to return to near normal, so great caution should continue to be taken near the river.
All of Stark County was under a warning Thursday evening for that final big burst of rain.
There was street flooding in Canton.
