UPDATE: Sentencing Monday for Nelson, Found Guilty of Aggravated Murder in Bob Evans Shooting

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Sentencing is Monday afternoon at 2 for Richard Nelson.
He’s the Osnaburg Township man convicted of aggravated murder last week in the shooting death of 38-year-old Bob Evans waitress Rebecca Rogers.
The 55-year-old Nelson faces a maximum penalty of life in prison without parole.
He walked into the Lesh Street NE Canton location of the restaurant back in April, shooting the Massillon woman to death.
