New Phila Man Charged in Carroll, Tuscarawas Break-Ins

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The New Philadelphia man who sheriff’s investigators say was behind a series of break-ins in Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties is behind bars.
35-year-old Steven Dennis was already wanted on a similar charge out of Sugarcreek.
They say his MO was to cut the locks off at dozens of storage facilities, then replace some of the broken parts so as not to raise suspicions.
Two other suspects are sought.
