New Phila OSP Trying to ID Semi Rig Involved in October I-77 Hit-Skip Crash

STRASBURG, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A deadly crash on I-77 near the Strasburg exit last month has the New Philadelphia barracks of the state patrol looking for the red tractor trailer that drove away from the accident scene.
Troopers say the big rig was making a U-turn when 78-year-old Dennis Alsept of Bolivar drove into the back end of the flat-bed trailer.
He was seriously injured and died a week later.
The patrol has numerous images of the suspect vehicle, but they can use more.
They’ve picked up surveillance images along Route 250 up to Wooster, where the truck hit the road.
