No Indictment From Stark Grand Jury in Aaron Lucas Killing

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The 37-year-old Canton man charged with killing the father of little Ace Lucas is off the hook.
A Stark County Grand Jury did not indict Nichalous Harvey for the August shooting death of 29-year-old Aaron Lucas on 13th Street NW in Canton.
He is no longer charged with aggravated murder.
The panel did indict Harvey though for possessing “weapons under disability”.
Lucas was shot dead the day before he was to testify in his son’s trial, for which Trejuan Johnson got 72 years to life.
