CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – You may recall the three Canton men arrested the same May night that a city police officer’s actions led to his firing.
Those men have been adjudicated on misdemeanor charges.
The three entered guilty pleas to several charges, mainly disorderly conduct.
One man pleaded to “carrying a concealed weapon”.
There was no additional jail time given in Canton Municipal Court.
One of the men seen lying face down and cooperating along 16th Street NW was attacked by Officer Nicholas Casto’s K-9 officer.
That led to Casto’s firing, which is being appealed.
