ODNR: Fall Colors ‘Muted’ This Season

COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – You may have enjoyed that week-and-a-half of summerlike weather first thing this month.

But the Ohio Department of Natural Resources says that has muted our fall colors.

Forester David Parrott is now predicting “scattered” fall colors, meaning if you look hard enough, you can find them.

Parrott says ideal September and October weather for lots of color includes bright sunny days and cool nights.
