ODOT Starts Preparation for Winter

CANTON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Ready or not, Winter will be here before you know it. While for some that means the excitement that comes from the holiday season, for all, it means snow and ice on the roads.
Although it isn’t quite time to get out the snow boots, the people responsible for keeping the roads clear have started preparation.
ODOT’s Justin Chesnic says today was the first day he and his co-workers made sure everything was prepared for action. While he can’t tell us when the first snow will arrive he says when it does, ODOT will be on top of it.
