OSP: Strasburg Woman Killed in I-77 Crash

DOVER TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An 86-year-old Strasburg woman was killed in a two-vehicle accident on I-77 north of Dover on Tuesday.
The state patrol says Doris Webber was making a u-turn in an emergency crossover when she was struck by an SUV and her car ended up in nearby high water.
The other driver had minor injuries.
