Out-of-State Couple Arrested on Child Abuse Charges

SPRINGFIELD TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A child abuse incident at a Springfield Township motel over the weekend has a New York state couple in custody.
Township police were called to the Red Roof Inn on South Arlington Road for an unresponsive 11-month-old child.
Officers were able to revive the little girl through CPR.
Police noted bruising and signs of severe trauma.
The child’s father and his girlfriend were arrested, charged with endangering children.
The child was in critical condition at the hospital.
