CANTON, Ohio (News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Butler Pennsylvania man will spend eight months in a state prison facility for unleashing a string of racial slurs at a black woman in Alliance after he and the victim were involved in a traffic accident back in August.

26-year-old Johnathan Hydock pleaded to ethnic intimidation and aggravated menacing charges.

The combination is considered a violent crime, so Judge Kristin Farmer was able to sentence Hydock to prison.
