(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – A woman is facing charges in addition to solicitation after allegedly giving false information to officers during a prostitution sting in the Belden Village area.

The Jackson Township Police Department says Rebecca S. Brumback gave police a relative’s personal information, including the social security number, in an attempt to hide her own identity when she was being arrested.

Police say warrants have been filed against the 54-year-old for identity fraud and forgery, both felonies, and soliciting for sexual activity, possessing criminal tools and falsification, which are misdemeanors.

Charges against the individual that Brumback claimed to be have been dropped.

The Jackson Township Police Department conducted a prostitution and human trafficking operation in the Belden Village area on May 29th, resulting in eight arrests.
