(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – The federal government continues to go after those with violent felony convictions who are later caught with guns.

36-year-old Riccardo Harris of Canton will do three-and-a-half years prison time.

The feds say Harris possessed and used a firearm and ammunition, despite an earlier aggravated robbery conviction.

Canton police and the ATF determined it was Harris who fired shots outside the Whistle Stop Bar on West Tusc last October.
