Prosecutors: Former SARTA HR Director Stole $410,000, Pleads Guilty

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The former human resources director for SARTA pleaded guilty in Stark County Common Pleas Court on Monday to charges related to the theft of $410,000 from the transit agency.
38-year-old Kristy Williams pleaded guilty to aggravated theft and other charges.
She’ll be sentenced next Monday.
Williams reportedly misused SARTA credit cards and committed health insurance fraud.
