Railroad Wrapping Up Relocation Payments to East Palestine Residents

EAST PALESTINE, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Members of nearly 100 households in East Palestine have been away from their homes since the toxic train derailment back in February.
With Norfolk Southern saying they will end relocation payments this coming February, many of those people are expected to return home, with a big cleanup job ahead.
Those relocation costs have totaled over $20 million so far.
Most homeowners and renters have already returned.
