Rain, Not Snow in December

GREEN, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Precipitation for the month of December was pretty close to normal.
But it was rain that was falling, not snow.
2.59 inches of precip was recorded last month at the CAK weather station.
But only two inches of snow was measured.
Normal snow for December is about nine inches, according to the National Weather Service.
The dry summer and fall translates to a 4.6 inch precipitation deficit for the year.
