Red Cross: Parents Need to Watch Kids at All Times at Beach

The American Red Cross emphasizes the need to watch the kids at “all times” while at the beach.

They say a split-second of inattention can prove to be deadly.

Also, for those under 4-feet tall and for non-swimmers, they should wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket.

They also recommend that the kids learn how to swim.
