Regional Collaboration Growing in Manufacturing Sector

Gary Rivers spoke to two regional representatives of the manufacturing sector on his program today: Darlyn McDermott, with MAGNET AND Gregg P. Cramer, VP, Economic Development with the Greater Akron Chamber.
They followed an interview with State Senator Kirk Schuring, who spoke of the new “Metroplex” Concept for the Akron/Canton region.
McDermott and Cramer were both optimistic about the over 10,000 manufacturing companies that are in the region, and were looking forward to going to Europe soon to promote our region as a place for economic development .
