Reports: Springfield Threat Was Based in Racism

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Reports indicate that a bomb threat that led to evacuations in Springfield Ohio on Thursday included hate-filled language directed at immigrants, especially Haitians.

Some residents blame the Trump campaign’s “rhetoric” about the influx of 15,000 people from Haiti.

Resident Arthur Shatto is scratching his head, saying he doesn’t understand it.

City hall, several schools and the BMV office were among the buildings evacuated for a time.
