HOWLAND TWP., Ohio (News Talk 148- WHBC) – A congressman who represents part of Stark County says the “Stimulus 2” program proposed by House Democrats would put money in the pockets of people, and not corporations.

Tim Ryan says the plan is to give $2000 a month to those Americans 16-and-over with the income threshold for a couple at $260,000.

He says the $1200 onetime payment was not enough.
