Schuring: Legislature Moving on Post-Nuptials

COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Did you know Ohio is one of only two states where a prenuptial agreement cannot be changed after marriage?

That appears about to change.

The Senate has passed and the House is considering a bill allowing for changes to be made.

That’s as long as both parties agree and they are not being coerced to make the changes.

It’s Senate Bill 210.

The state bar association approves of the bill.

It now goes to the House.
