SCJFD: Renter Leaves Apartment One Day Before Fire

(WHBC) – Fire did $10,000 damage to a vacant building in downtown Minerva on Wednesday.
Damage was mainly to a back storage room on the second floor.
The Sandy Creek Joint Fire District says that’s where the fire started.
A second-story apartment renter had just moved out on Tuesday:
