Scott Garcia Resigns As GlenOak Head Football Coach

In a letter to the Plain Local Board of Education,  Scott Garcia has stepped down as GlenOak Golden Eagles head football coach:

“I want to sincerely thank all of you for this incredible opportunity you entrusted my family and I with for the past 12 years. I look forward to leading the athletic department for many years to come and would to better help provide the guidance and leadership our kids so desperately need.”

Garcia was the winningest head coach in GlenOak football history, going 76-56 over the last 12 seasons.

The Golden Eagles reached the playoffs eight times under Garcia’s tenure.

Garcia will remain as GlenOak’s Athletic Director.
