SCSO: Lengthy Tuscarawas Standoff Ends Peacefully

TUSCARAWAS TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A lengthy standoff in Tuscarawas Township on Friday ended peacefully.
40-year-old Ryan Harrold of Canton faces kidnapping and felonious assault charges for holding a family member against her will at a home in the area of 2700 Ben Fulton Avenue NW.
The Stark County Sheriff’s Office says the family member was not physically injured.
