Shelled Friends Lost in Fire at Turtle World Medina

MEDINA, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC and ONN) – A barn on the property of Turtle World Medina was heavily damaged by fire on Wednesday, with about five turtles lost in the effort to remove and resuscitate them.

The fire was initially spotted by neighbors.

No people were in the barn at the time.

The exhibit’s Facebook page indicates it’s a place to enjoy the wonder of turtles and tortoises.
